A. No. We will gladly sponsor your special occasion.

CLUB RENTAL INFORMATION
- Quinlan Room $150 (up to 35 guests)
- Sun Room $350 (up to 60 guests)
- Main Dining Room $650 (up to 150 guests)
- All Rooms $1,000 (up to 300 guests)
- Evening events have use of the club until 11 p.m. Additional charges may apply for use of the facility past 11pm
(5 hour rental from time of arrival)
- Wedding Ceremony $425. Includes 100 white chairs. Additional chairs are $2.75 each. Wedding Lawn View location an additional $375.
- Entrée charges includes: Glassware, flatware & china, tablecloths, napkins, & table skirting, Room set-up and breakdown fees, tables and chairs.
- Cake cutting fee $1.75 per person
- Piano rental $40
- Dance floor $125
- The use of confetti, birdseed, sprinkles, glitter or other similar items requires pre-approval and a $200 cleaning fee
Deposits and billing:
A guaranteed number of guests are required 72 hours in advance. Buffet selection requires a minimum of 50 guests and a $2.00 surcharge is added to functions that offer more than one entrée selection. As is customary a seventeen percent service charge and applicable state sales tax will be added to all items.
A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit will be applied to the cost of the event. The deposit is 100% refundable if the event is cancelled, in writing, 120 days prior to the event. If the event is cancelled, in writing, more than 60 days and less than 120 days prior to the event, Saticoy Country Club will retain 50% of the deposit, provided that the club is unable to sell a comparable event in the reserved space and date. Saticoy Country Club will retain 100% of the deposit should the event be cancelled less than 60 days prior to the event.
Unless other arrangements are made prior to the event, payment in full is required the day of the event.
